Cake: currants, raisins, sultanas, self raising flour (wheat (Gluten) flour (fortified with calcium carbonate, iron, thiamine, niacin)), Egg, dark brown sugar, vegetable fat, glace cherries, orange juice, brandy, mixed spice.
Marzipan: sugar, almonds (Nut), glucose syrup, water, inverted sugar syrup.
Fondant icing: glucose syrup, vegetable oil, water, potato starch, glycerol, colour, stabilisers (xanth gum, tragacanth), preservative (potassium sorbate)
