There is so much going on here over the Christmas season, that we thought it would be a good idea to let you know in writing about the fresh produce and services that we can offer you and how to make sure that you have all you need for the best possible festive period.

From Christmas trees and turkeys, to wreaths for a welcoming door. A bountiful selection of fruit and vegetables for your festive feasts. We offer some fantastic local grass fed, free range meats and condiments that any shelf would be proud to display.

Decking a hall or decorating a table, we stock an abundance of foliage and winter blooms in the Flower Shop.

1. ORDER GROCERIES ONLINE
   For the Christmas holidays…

To make sure that you are fully stocked with all your Farm Shop favourites (including meat, fish, dairy, bakery, condiments and of course fresh fruit and vegetables), simply head to our ‘SHOP ONLINE’ where you can order everything you need to feed the family over Christmas.

Please order by Wednesday 8th December if you wish to Collect or have a Delivery on the following three days:

• Wednesday 22nd December

• Thursday 23rd December

• Friday 24th December

All Christmas orders received after 8th Dec (for 22nd, 23rd & 24th December) will be be automatically refunded and you will be notified by email.

PLEASE NOTE: We will stop taking any orders from our website at 6pm on Saturday 18th December until Monday 3rd January (inclusive).

How to purchase online…

The process of ordering for Christmas this year is as simple as possible, both for you and for our team. Our website is now fully stocked and ready for your orders.

Head to our website: KINGFISHERFARMSHOP.COM and click on ‘SHOP ONLINE’ in the menu. Browse and select produce from our range of categories. Select ‘CART’ in the top right hand corner and when you are happy with your shop, click on CHECKOUT:

1. Enter your email as a guest or login with password if you have an account.

2. Enter your shipping address and then select to either collect your produce from Kingfisher OR select one of the four delivery options.

3. Additional Information:

   a) PLEASE TICK BOX THAT SAYS: Is this a Christmas Order?

   b) Enter a collection or delivery date from 22nd, 23rd or 24th December

   c) If you wish to leave us a note or a gift message please write it here.

4. Please enter your payment details.

5. Review you order and finalise your payment.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email that your order has been placed. If you do not receive a confirmation by Wednesday 8th December, please email or call us to check that your order has been received.

Collection or delivery of an order…

All collections to be made from the marquee at the FRONT of the Farm Shop.

Deliveries: 0-3 Miles @ £3.50

3-5 Miles @ £4.50

5-8 Miles @ £6.00

8-10 Miles @ £10.00

(We are not able to deliver beyond a 10 mile distance from Kingfisher)

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a time slot for deliveries.

If you have any special instructions or would like your order left somewhere, please make it clear in the NOTES section of the online checkout.

2. FOR THOSE WHO MAKE REGULAR ORDERS
via email or phone…

We will not be taking any of our regular orders for collection or delivery made via email or over the phone for Christmas week (Mon 20th - Sat 25th).

If you would like to place an order for collection or delivery from Wednesday 22nd – Friday 24th December please order from our Online Shop.

PLEASE NOTE: We will stop taking any orders from our website at 6pm on Saturday 18th December until Tuesday 4th January inclusive.

Regular orders will be reinstated from 30th Dec - 31st Dec and again from Wednesday 5th January.

For those of you who have a Farm Shop subscription, you will be contacted to discuss arrangements.

3. Ordering your
RAWLINGS BUTCHERS TURKEY

This year all of our free range bronze Turkeys are sourced from Rawlings Butchers in Cranleigh.

Rawlings is a family run business established in 1982. Proprietor Mr Robert Rawlings has had a lengthy career in the butchering trade and prides himself on the quality of the meat that is sold from the shop and his expertly trained staff.

We ask that you order your turkey on our website. Select the weight that you require and follow the checkout process. You will NOT be able to pay for the turkey online, you can pay upon collection, or we will call you for payment (the day before your delivery) if you have selected delivery.

The same applies for all Rawlings meat on our website.

The following guidelines will help you choose your turkey. Please understand that the farmers ask the turkeys in June to grow to the size you would like in December but... they don’t always oblige! We will do our best to get as close to the size that you would like.

4. Kingfisher
CHRISTMAS TREES

The Reed Family of Cranleigh has been delivering Christmas Trees to Kingfisher since 1976, when they brought us around 30 trees for the villagers. Peter’s farm now supplies us with almost 300 trees!

The Norway Spruce are displayed on the shingle to the right of the Flower Shop and the Noble Fir are behind them on the grass.

We suggest that it is best to come and select your tree before 4pm whilst it is still daylight!

We also have a small, hand picked selection of tree decorations and stands for sale inside and outside the Flower Shop.

5. Hampers make
A FANTASTIC GIFT!

This year we have a variety of different Christmas Hampers to suit a wide range of palettes, tastes and budgets. We think that they make the best kind of gift! Hamper contents are listed in full in our Online Shop .

We have made a real effort to ensure that our hampers are incredibly eco-friendly, packaged in cardboard display boxes, filled with shredded paper and wrapped in compostable, clear, plant based films so that the packaging at least, is entirely guilt free!

If you would like to make up your own hamper you are welcome to come into the Farm Shop and select the products yourself.

We have small, medium and large hamper boxes available for you to fill from our shelves. We can gift wrap it while you wait, or you can leave it with us and pick it up when it is ready.

Hampers are included in our delivery service - please see ‘Collection or delivery of an order…’ for prices. Alternatively, order online and collect from the Farm Shop.

6. The Farm Shop
AT CHRISTMAS

As with previous years, we will have a marquee at the front of the shop which will house one of our tills.

This year all collections will also be made from the front of the Farm Shop inside the marquee.

It would be fabulous if you could wear masks inside the shop during this period, especially because we expect it to be a busy time. All of our staff will be wearing masks and surfaces and handles are all disinfected every day.

7. Christmas
WREATH MAKING KITS

Back by popular demand, the Flower Girls have revamped our ‘do it yourself’ wreath kits.

The perfect way to spend a rainy afternoon or perhaps you could share an evening with friends. The kit includes everything you need, from foliage to an instruction booklet!

Alternatively, the Flower Shop will be taking orders for ready made Christmas wreaths as usual this year. Please order sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment by calling, emailing or dropping in.... or even simpler, buy one online!

8. Christmas at
THE FLOWER SHOP

Christmas is a surprisingly busy time for our Flower Girls!

We will be taking orders in the shop, over the phone, online and via email for wreaths, table arrangements, advent arrangements and vase arrangements.

We will also be selling a hand picked selection of modern rustic Christmas decorations.

Our stunning festive table centres have been re-designed this year and are now available to pre-order on our website.

There are 3 different sizes and prices start from £35 for foliage up to £80 for foliage and flowers. Candles are included in the price.
