Thank You!

We’d first like to say a huge thank you to all of our loyal customers who have supported us during this challenging time. We are so very grateful to you for shopping local and staying loyal.

So much has been happening here, both in front of and behind the scenes, that we thought you may be interested to hear our news, so we are excited to be launching our Kingfisher Monthly Post!

We will be telling you more about our wonderful team, sharing our new products and seasonal fresh produce as well as local events and openings that we are involved with and you may be interested in.

Finally, we will be announcing the Winner of our Greengrocer’s Box competition, in August’s Monthly post

We hope you enjoy our slice of Surrey life.

Hurrah!

We are excited to share that we now have an online shop where you can buy fruit & veg, flowers, hampers & even merchandise!

Our Greengrocer's Boxes offer a selection of the best seasonal and local produce in tune with the time of year. There are three different options available, and you can even add some essentials such as locally made bread, meat, eggs, coffee and even wine. check them out online.

We're back with a full colour spectrum of beautifully scented seasonal blooms that look stunning. You can visit the Flower Shop or you can order from the comfort of your home, via our online shop or Floom. We can’t wait to see you!

New Summer Posies & Bouquets

This stunning and striking bouquet called ‘Kingfisher Blues’ is just one of the new hand ties available to buy on our Online Shop. We have two sizes of each design available to suit a variety of budgets and occasions.

The Flower Girls are Back!

The Flowers Girls are back in their happy place and super busy creating stunning hand tie’s as well helping local businesses spruce up their spaces with creative display’s.

A huge thank you must go to Jo and Michelle for their uplifting Flower Power in those dark days of April. Their ‘Little Something’ posies for the Farm Shop kept a smile on everyone’s faces!

Local Collaborations…

We are always thrilled to be asked to be involved with local independant businesses and community projects.

It is so lovely to be back arranging displays for Steve Drake @sorrel_restaurant_dorking where fine dining comes into its own.

We are very happy to say that @thequeensheaddorking with its large beer garden, is also now open!

It was wonderful to be asked to dress the mantlepiece with this large dried arrangement. We hope that you will enjoy it as you walk through the pub, cheers!

Surrey Pride

Who says Monday morning are boring in the month of Pride! In June our local Instagram celeb @jpslifeandloves asked us to bring his ideas into reality by creating a wonderfully extravagant rainbow display on his front steps… hopefully we did him proud!

Please drop us a line or give us call if you are planning any celebrations that need a floral touch.

British Flower Week

We celebrated #britishflowerweek recently. Our ethos is to support British Growers throughout the whole year! We have been lucky enough to be supplied by some fabulous local growers:

Our weekly visits to New Covent Garden Flower Market allow us further access to other British Growers. Our early morning visits often include us buying from the following:

@pratleys_covent_garden | @zestflowerslondon | @gbfoliage | @bloomfieldoflondon | @porterscoventgarden

The Tinned Fish Market

We were completely bowled over by just how good tinned fish can taste! Tinned on the day of the catch and sourced from family producers, eye catching packaging makes this a great gift!

Clever Bean Chocolate

Made in Godalming, this organic chocolate is a winner with our team, even the vegans! Find these beautifully packaged bars in the Farm Shop, nestled near our pastries and sweets.

This is Stuart…

Who manages our watercress beds. Over the last 27 years, Stuart has mastered all aspects of growing the superfood, under Barrie's careful guidance. He harvests the watercress early in the morning and it is then bunched, washed and packed in ice ready for our various customers, farm shops, restaurants and pubs and wholesale customers.

Managing the watercress beds is only one of many jobs. If something is broken, Stuart will fix it. If a delivery requires the forklift, Stuart is at hand. Every business needs a Stuart!
