It is then strained, resulting in a luxurious, dense yoghurt bursting with rich flavour. Rest assured, our yoghurt contains no additives or stabilisers and is cultured with lactobacillus culture. To maintain the utmost quality of this delectable yoghurt, we produce it in small 1000-litre batches.
