Bursting with vitamin C, this healthy juice is good for your gut! We love to serve this juice in upcycled jars with paper straws.

Ingredients

50g Kingfisher watercress, roughly chopped

2 Kiwi, peeled and chopped

2 Mint leaves, torn

1 Orange, Juiced

1 Lime, juiced

Method

  1. Place everything into a blender and whizz. Or, if you have a juicer, process the watercress, kiwi and mint together then stir in the orange and lime juice.

  2. Pour into a glass or upcycled jar & chill until ready to serve.

  3. Keep in the fridge, well covered, for 2-3 days.
