Conference Pears

When fully ripe, the flesh is pleasantly soft and juicy with lots of sweetness. It is also common for the Conference pear to be enjoyed just before it is fully ripe when it still has a little crunch and is slightly acidic.
Comice Pears

Comice pears are flavoured for their unique shape, rich colouring, sweet flavour, and smooth texture, and they cook incredibly well.
